The location is ideal, just a stone's throw away from the lively vegetable market on piazza della Sala. The room, with its charming view of the Basilica of Santa Maria from the dining area, transported me back in time with its intricate ceiling paintings and wooden shutters.During breakfast in the b&b's cozy living room, overlooking the bustling streets, I couldn't help but feel a sense of tranquility. The hosts, Anna and Giovanni, were attentive and provided valuable local dining recommendations. A personal favorite was dining at Mango Gaudio, conveniently located a few doors down the street. The restaurant's focus on locally sourced ingredients truly resonated with me.Exploring the nearby eateries like I Salaioli, Cri's Bakery, and Trattoria dell'Abbondanza allowed me to savor authentic Tuscan flavors.
